How do I install the app?
Visit the Shopify App Store, search for StaffSignal, and click 'Add app'. The setup wizard guides you through connecting your first channel in under 5 minutes.
Which Shopify plans are supported?
StaffSignal works with all Shopify plans including Basic Shopify, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus.
Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
You need a Twilio account to use WhatsApp notifications. Twilio offers a free sandbox for testing, and paid plans start at very low rates per message.
Can I test notifications before going live?
Absolutely. You can send test notifications from within the app to verify your channels are configured correctly before enabling automation.
What happens if a notification fails?
Failed notifications are automatically retried up to 3 times with exponential backoff. All delivery statuses are visible in the Logs dashboard.
Is my store data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit with 256-bit SSL. We only store the minimum data needed for notifications. HMAC-verified webhooks ensure authenticity.
