Can I notify multiple people for the same event?
Yes. Create multiple rules for the same event with different recipients/channels.
Is WhatsApp really included on every plan?
Yes. All six channels — including WhatsApp via Twilio — work on every plan, even Free.
Do I need to write any code?
No. Everything is configured through the embedded Admin UI. Pick events, channels, recipients, click save.
What happens if a notification fails to send?
Auto-retries up to 3 times with exponential backoff. Logs show the exact channel error so you can fix it.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. 30 notifications/month, 1 recipient, 1 rule, 1 event type, all 6 channels available, forever, no credit card.
How is billing handled?
Through Managed Pricing. Charges appear on your normal Shopify invoice — no separate payment setup.
What if I exceed my monthly notification limit?
We notify you at 70% and 90% of the limit. Notifications pause once you hit it. No overage charges.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or drop to Free from inside the app. Changes are immediate and prorated.
What about customer data privacy?
GDPR-compliant and uses Protected Customer Data approval. Webhooks are HMAC-verified; we don't store full order bodies.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Store marked inactive immediately. Recipients and logs retained 14 days in case you reinstall, then deleted.
Can I customize the message body?
Yes. Templates page lets you edit subject and HTML body for every event type with merge variables.
